A menu inspired by European and American spice cabinets are attributed to Ringleb's experiences at restaurants like Casa Tua, ViVi's, Casa Casuarina and DeVito's South Beach. A small plate menu is offered daily in the outdoor café with an expanded menu and tableside service at the weekly Soiree dinner party Thursday through Saturday.

Menu items range from $2 (Middle-Neck Clam) to $275 for Sevruga Caviar. Moderately priced appetizers include selections of Burrata & Campari Tomato Salad, charred vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh burrata and basil vinaigrette ($13) to Carpaccio, prime beef, baby arugula, shaved reggiano, fried capers and olio verde ($16.) Entrees encourage interactive eating with the Char-Grilled Chateaubriand for Two, gaufrette potatoes, watercress and classic béarnaise ($90) to lighter options like the Pan-Seared Dover Sole, vanilla and chive beurre blanc ($38) and Oven-Roasted Branzino, brown nut butter, capers and lemon ($34.) End on a sweet note with a selection of four desserts ranging from Crème Brûlée ($9) to the signature Amaretto and Mango Coulis ($13.)
